IMO, unless your intention is to celebrate some pagan ritual, or you have the intent of following the sunnah of st. valentine i dont think it contradicts the spirit of Islam in anyway. Islam encourages this kinda stuff (so long as its legit) regardless of what day it is. period.
Thanks Ma, but unfortunately you don't have much credibility when accusing others of bashing. But once again you are wrong. I'm not the one doing the bashing, that was done in the ridiculous post I responded to. I basically said the same thing you did.
