Yes, you do need vaccines for pakistan, but i didn’t get one and i’m doing fine with all the
mosquito bites. 
Cooolbreeze is right, buy lots of mosquito repellents and pain killers + lot of Lozenges,
and don’t forget to buy balms and stuff to apply on mosquito bites cause i’ve realized mosquitos here are quite tough, the soothing scent of my repellents doesn’t really bother them.
