"Peeno" may be a replacement. What I heard is the name Zareena. In any case, the story is not about a weak woman.
Rather it is about a couple of hijras (hermaphrodites) who earned their living by performing mujras in weddings etc. They'd dress like women (excessive make up etc), talk like women (high pitched nasal sound) and had feminine names (Zareena and Fareeda), as is the norm in hijra communities. One day they were going on a rickshaw to a wedding, when the rickshaw got into an accident and overturned. Both of them were thrown out of the rickshaw. "Fareeda" got up and looked over to see his friend. "Zareena" was still lying on the ground, looked alright but was not making any attempt to get up. At which point, "Fareeda" stood over his friend and said the fateful words of encouragement .... "uth Zareena uth, mard bann".
