I think any good exterminator will tell you that getting rid of an infestation of cockroaches takes time and a multi-pronged strategy which includes poisoning them, removing their food supply and of course the ever-enjoyable stepping on them.
of course, a cockroach can still live for several days w/it's head cutoff, but it dies eventually

Seriousely now, did you ever think that the muslim progress was something not on the agenda of the kafirs? The hatred of islam and muslims was created by the kafirs themselves? Of course not. They are all law abiding angels.
When the hell will you realize that when you attack or oppress people, there will be opposition even by kafirs. So you need to create an environment where everyone is hating and bashing muslims before you could go into an afghanistan or an iraq to kill them. You need some sort of justification.
