Are you thinking about the country or the regime when you make that statement.
I don't think there is much difference in KSA as regime or country, people don't have much of say and do except for OBL who had support of the regime then.
Also, where does the "Nuke" factor in? Why is division of Pakistan "helpful" and howcome oilflow cannot be 'guaranteed' with Pakistan intact?
