This aid should be used in education in rural and remote areas, healthcare, electricity, drinking water, sports grounds, parks, affordable housing and infrastructures such as roads and railways. This aid can also be used in family planning. No more than two children should be allowed. I hope this aid will not be used for defense or military purposes.
