Israel gets $0 non military aid and just under $3 billion in military aid. As to the others, provide hard numbers with links to them. You made the $6 billion economic aid figure up or were misinformed about it.
Since when is population the sole or dominant factor in determining aid packages for nations? You have to factor in several other things. For instance, $1 can buy far more in Pakistan than a dollar can in Israel. India is far more populous than Pakistan. Is it getting any aid, let alone billions of dollars?

Egypt gets about half a billion in economic aid. The rest is military aid for a total of about $2 billion.
The Kerry-Lugar bill is only regarding economic aid. Military aid will come from a separate bill. Needless to say, Pakistan's total package will almost certainly be greater than that of Israel (needing only about $1.2 billion to surpass it) and the economic package alone is on par with the total Egyptian package.
