So much for sophisticated technology. I think it was deemed sensitive and Media being itchy as it is and playing to the tunes of White Horse, trumped up the beat w/out waiting for confirmation. All the Retired Navy personnel are now saying that such transmissions are termed as ‘Filipino Monkey’ because an individual comes on unencrypted frequency and sends a message which may not necessarily be from an authenticated source (Prankster…in relative terms) and the intended source of soundbites being (Iranian boats, in this instance)
