I'll reserve in calling American soldiers terrorists or muderers. This is war and everything is in 'cold blood', these soldiers have seen their counterparts die or get badly injured on daily basis. There is no hope or timetable for them to leave. Frustration, depression or anger...whatever they get out of this, it was sad, sick and deproable to say the least.
Things have gone out of hand. Many Critics and Generals are starting to compare Iraq with Vietnam. There are many paralells to what is happening in Iraq and what happened decades ago. Continuous drop in support for war as the casualties pile up. More lies being exposed about faulty intelligence, in short lies and killing of civilians.
I was watching the press conference of Bush and Blair, where Bush actually in blue hell admitted that he has some regrets. Abu Gharib and 'bring 'em on' only fueled Anti-Americanism. Americans in power must realize that this war can not be won. They have made a mistake and if they can hopefully restore Iraq to what it was before the invasion, they can declare 'Mission Accomplished' and go home with whatever dignity they have left.

That first part is completely untrue. American soldiers hardly ever get killed or wounded in combat, it's the mujahideen that get slaughtered with on a daily basis. Those American soldiers are just low life evil men who like killing just so that they can gain more material wealth.

wars in this day and age is just simply wrong...we will never learn from our past mistakes specially americans...shame on their govt and their ppl
its amazing how they support their govt in the beginning of every wars and once the body bags start pouring in, the support dwindles...how dumb, why dont they realize wars brings nothing but misery for both sides, there are better ways of solving their conflict than to use their mighty power....oh well wishful thinking.

This is nonsense. Is that any excuse for American terrorism, just because they saw their counterparts die? Of course they’ll die, and they deserver every death in Iraq. What about the civilian population who’ve seen their whole family murdered by these US terrorists? Keep in mind who invaded who.

it’s far more dangerous to be on am’erican roads than in high building that could be hit by Al Qaida terrorists:
40,000 americans are killed each year on american roads in traffic “accident”, hence american drivers are far better dangerous terrorsts than alqaida members who managed to kill less 10,000 in the past ten years.
Even in killing americans, americans are stronger than Arabs

I think the Euphoria of war is gone. Bush and Blair who were ‘the cheerleaders’ of this war, now realize that they are stuck in a mess that they created and they have only themselves to blame. Bush who have started to realized his mistake by saying:

Blair who on the another hand, looks more like his ‘puppy dog’ agreeing and showing hope for the future. The only hope, as I mentioned above is for America to form some kind of government that can restore some kind of order amongst the ethinic tensions and leave. Although this is very difficult to achieve.
Electricity generation is down from a post-war high of 5,400 megawatts to 4,100 megawatts. Electrical power is down from pre-war production levels, and it has dropped since Saddam Hussein was ousted. From start we got this WMD, nuclear, bad leader to human rights violations. All of them just another way to extend their justifications of lies. Now the excuse is ‘hey, **** happens’.
It is highly shameful that Americans and its media that grills Muslims, Arabs and Islam on ‘reality check’ fails to do the same with its own leaders and values are in place. The reason and thirst of humiliating people and their misery has led them to this state.

If you are so interested in indulging yourself in history, may I remind you of the mass murders by Bahadur Schah and many other Moghuls. Before showing with the warning finger towards others, it would be best to look up one's own deeds. In any case, pointing at history is cheap anyway. What matters is the present. Who is oppressing its inhabitants more? Pakistan or the US? Who has patriarchic structures, leading to thousands of rapes? Who does not care about the future of its children? Who is one of those twelve countries in the world which invest less than two per cent of their gross domestic product in education, resulting in a high illiteracy rate?
In any case, you're polemics are intellectually undemanding and reveal a limited awareness of your environment.
