Pakistan market is a minnow when compared with world market.If the movie is really good...it will sell in world market where returns are high if not good enuff as in case of most bollywood movies it will not sell anywhere let alone Pakistan.Hence the question of 'only' capturing the Pakistani market does not arise.It might be a side reason as movies are afterall made for profits.But i suppose the main purpose was PEACE,PEACE,PEACE,money,PEACE!!
