An Anarkali/Pishwaas or a even a simple lehnga can work for the nikkah ceremony. The price will really depend upon the amount of kaam that you want on the outfit as even the simplest outfits nowadays are filled up with intense work. Also, the designer and non-designer and copies all have different price ranges.
The engagement/Nikkah makeup package is around Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 without services (i.e manicure, pedicure, threading and facial). Gina has named all the Karachi makeup artists up there.
