use besan. lol the simplest and finest scrub u can use. if u want u can add like a few drops of whole milk. the fat in it will help. some people say add honey to it but i found that honey made my skin breakout in this tiny rash or something, and i've got sorta sensitive skin too, so i wouldn't recommend that on your face.
