She won't die, you have to show that you tried suicide (stage it or something)... and stay in hospital for couple of days. That will definitely have some impact if she really wants to be with him.
Eat like 4 or 5 advils or vitamin c pills, you will be hurting with stomach pain (upset stomach) and nothing serious. :D
No body should try it though.

I don't know about advil , but as a kid I had consumed vitamin c pills by the dozens at a time , they were so freekin tasty. Never had stomach ache.
The best way to stage a suicide is to use fan , bedsheet and a chair then pray to Allah that someone sees you and saves you otherwise you are a gonner for sure. Kids do not try it at home . In movies the professinal suiciders do it , they know what they are doing.
