jugar is a slang which is normally used to do get some work done by being tricky or finding some b plan. sometimes it even referred as bribing ..

khundak is the gadha they used to make in sand during war in olden times i think...
so it would be a deep huge hole or somethign dug in teh ground i guess :@:

I don't know exact english for that but i will try to explain it .. okay, the meaning of this sentence in urdu is .. that the particular person is making me go here and there for NO reason .. .. now here and there could be physical moving from one place to another .. or it could be raising different objections on one point for apparently no reason .. .. .. .. .. .. just to waste time.
