I bought this a few days ago. I’m not the biggest fan of Urban Decay eyeliners. I prefer MAC pencils. But i knew it was a bargain. 13 pencils individually would cost £195.
I’ve used UD pencils in the past, and they’re good. The colours are gorgeous, they glide on well, without dragging the skin.

there are 15 pencils not 13. i also got and enjoying it a lot.
