Does anyone know which bridal shows are better? Not sure which ones to go to and which ones I can skip on..
I'm assuming "Canada's Bridal Show" @ The Metro Convention Centre is pretty big with lots of vendors?
If anyone has been to any... input would be appreciated!

I think Canada's Bridal Show is quite large. But it is more or less targeted toward Western brides, so I'm not sure how much stuff you'll find for desi weddings. But it's worth checking it out!

^ pretty much the only things goras do differently is dresses and food. everything else from dj's to photographers, cakes to decorators are the same and can be designed by a good vendor. i say go for it! i went to the bigger shows and i didn't find any of my vendors through wedding shows but i know lots of couples who have, and at the very least, its worth exploring to see what is out there and what kind of price points they cater to. i prefer the smaller shows but they tend to cater to higher budgets so it just comes down to what you want to spend.

if you're based in 'sauga or toronto then visit those shows only. going to the ones further out won't be very helpful since they cater geographically to those brides and you'll just end up spending money on transportation costs if you hire, for eg. a hamilton vendor for a toronto wedding. plus toronto is the largest market- you'll find most of what you're looking for within the city and the gta guaranteed.

There are so many bridal shows to choose from in the fall. Which ones are people thinking of attending. So confusing which to go to! I'm in the Mississauga / Toronto area. :-)

I think Suhaag is on Oct 2nd or 3rd ... depending on what I think of the Kismet one... I might go to that too...
I havent everrr been before so Im going to see how I like them first. I hope I dont get carried away and keep wanting more stuff.

Make sure you take friends that keep you checked into reality :D Thats the advice I keep getting :P because its easy to want more seeing all the gorgeous stuff

Did you try emailing Suhaag? When I emailed (this was around 10 days ago), they didnt respond... so I told my fiance to a few days later, and they emailed him the tickets
