According to the UN by 2050 Pakistan’s population will be 300 million people. In other words, Pakistan will add 100 million people in next 35/36 years (in our life time). With limited resources and govt unable to provide even basic needs now is this not recipe for disaster? And shouldn’t steps be taken now to control population growth with focus being on family planing?

Population control is not a matter that can be resolved without educating people and building trust. Enforcing a policy on people would just give rise to religious resistance. There are matters far more important. USA has no policies pertaining to population growth, and some people have 8 kids, and then some couples have none (by choice). It all balances out at the end. We should focus on building resources, than to try to limit the population
