I am not in NYC but here is the list in descending order of quality:

Princeton
Columbia
NYU
Fordham
St. Johns
Rutgers
Baruch

All of the universities have programs in finance/economics. Google them and check out their websites.

Good list, however if you are looking at Finance programs I would rank Columbia & NYU ahead of Princeton (don’t even know if they have a Finance program).
