Did you even read the article? Fahad makes a clear point about KPK Government landing itself in the competition with impressive reforms and improvements. Yes there you go, a newbie government of only three years in a war torn province has managed to compete with 6 terms of Noora brothers of historically prosperous province.
As with something ‘tangible’ to be seen, KPK government is inaugurating Babe e Peshawar at the end of this month. The major infrastructure, let’s see if you give them, and oh, many journalists have called Peshawar cleaner than Karachi, but that’s not really a change, or is it?
