In any case, ECP has come out with its own version of a clarification, and has admitted to what Imran said, except that they have claimed it was their computers, not UNDPs. kaan jahan marzi sey pakar lo.

They will spend 5 years trying to sidestep the verification, and will take as many stay orders and excuses as it takes…because imagine the humiliation when your assembly speaker gets tossed out because of rigging.
