If we're talking the mental...then girls who rate themselves a bit...girls who talk without knowledge...not up front...airheady and poor communicators...and umcompromising selfish girls but probably most of all insecuirty...
In terms of the physical...lack of curves...mens voices...body hair...poor body odour...bad breath and bad hair pretty much ruin things for me...

Girls with too much makeup and Ahmaq lerkiaan (stupid) really turns me off. girls who dont know about thing (not even current affairs etc) except fashion, jewlry etc.
For some reason, I always look for GK in girls !

2) Artificial appearance (too much make up) The most useless girl will rely on the maximum make up
3) Immodesty
4) Lack of decency
5) Acting like men
