I don't remember Lusi's recipe, but it may be similar.

1 lb of ground chicken
cilantro, green chillies and half a large onion chopped fine
salt, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper
Then I have this magic mixture I make of equal parts of zeera, whole dhaniya and kashmiri mirchain, dry roast them until you can just smell them and the grind them coarsely. i store this in a container and have it always for different things. so use 1 Tbs of this mixture.
Mix everything well. Let them marinate for 1/2 hr.

Then make the kababs. Heat up oil, not much, in a good non stick frying pan and cook the kababs until goldenish from all sides, then cover and let them steam well. When they are done, add the other half of the onion sliced, and some slit green chillies, bell peppers, red bell peppers if you have some and stir fry until they are done by al dente.

Ta Da! And there you have UZ kababs.
