Fawad Alam not even in the list of 35 players for PCB? He must have done something really horrible to someone in PCB.

What has Shaib Malik done to earn category A?

I beleive all former captains by default quaify for cat. A . I remeber this happened in past with I think YK who was later given cat A from B
