Samia Mumtaz is also doing well, and Urwa hasn't done bad either. I don't understand why they want this drama banned? They handled this issue very sensitively, actually. I wish the little girl was shown to be a little older but the pedophiles don't care, to be honest. It very much happens in Pakistan, even in the cities, and the children are, more often than not, abused by someone within the family.
The parents and the kids both need to be made aware of this issue, and the kids shouldn't be ashamed of telling their parents about anything inappropriate. It is a safety issue and impacts their whole life!
Who wants this drama banned?

Love the language, I think it is Siraikhi so similar to my language from Potohar, village homes similar to what we have, down to earth living!
finally the Guitar player apologizes to the dehati girl, I must say it is without doubt one of the best scenes in the whole drama so far! in episode # 9.

PEMRA, they thought something about this drama is inappropriate. Before watching it, I thought maybe there were some weird/vulgar scenes but in reality, they are doing a great job of handling this story extremely well. If anything, I was worried/curious, how will they have the little girl act out those abuse scenes but the way they are showing it is just brilliant!

I love the drama. Everyone acted so well especially Bushra Ansari. She is a legend. And sadly, the Ahsan Khan part is a true reality. This happens a lot in our society and we never talk openly bout it. Hope this is eye opening for a lot of people.

This is my fav drama atm and whilst its hard to stomach the scenes where hes threatening and abusive its a harsh reality of what goes on in this world.

I watched the first 3 episodes, and I really enjoyed it. I guess it depends on what kind of dramas you're into. I don't watch many pak/ind dramas but I really liked the theme and social taboos it addresses for example the whole deal with mirasis, second husbands, sexual harrassment, etc. These are the kinds of issues that need to be brought to light.

There is too much ho ha hi going on social media… Ahsan Khan who is playing Pi Imtiaz character tweeted a message on handler…
This tweet is indeed sensitive… educating masses but most people took the bit of the message.
