hi amarbail thanks for sharing this nice info this thing has raised something in my mind which is related to 1 of my relative " a person has not been paid for 6 months during his job then the company was shut down and employe was terminated ,after few months 1 of the company’s partner opend a new setup with a same name and he employed that person on a very low salary and but refused to clear his pending salary ,company’s owner forced him to sign one document saying that all his dues has been cleared and this company has no liabilities ( but he refused to sign and asked them to pay his salary) "
until now nothing has happend he is working in a same company in this hope that he’ll get his salary although that company is not dealing him nicely like they are keeping him for the sake of __ i dont have word to describe

my Q is there any way he can get his money back? what do you suggest, court case is not an option as he doesnt have that much money

he is trying to find another job also but as you know the present circumstances he is unable to find.Kindly suggest something
