ISI Chief Shuja Pasha has landed in Washington DC to meet top US Officials, following US decision to cut aid.
I thought cutting of aid was blessing in disguise of Pak Army, but I wonder what Pasha saab is doing in DC??

Its blessing in disguise for rest of country except the top military brass and govt to some extent.
