@phoenixdesi

is it also uncle sam mistake if we pakistanis dont have brain, willpower and goodwill to use that money to our advantage?

army generals or politicians or bureaucrats … at end of the day they were all Pakistanis..they were all your uncles and my mamoon chachas…they didnt come from sky…SO PLEASE BLAME YOUR OWN PEOPLE not uncle sam

is it also uncle sam mistake if we are drowned in corruption?

japan, europe, korea and many other countries used usa aid after the 2nd WW war to rebuild their countries…if we decided to be selfish then it is our mistake not USA…

and oh by the way, dont blame generals and high class only…please dont…our masses are equally selfish…i know so many Pakistanis who went for PHDs in USA in ZIA regime on USA scholarships and tried their best not to return to pakistan after they finished their PHDs…USA had to send many of them forcefully by cancelling their visas…every pakistani tried to use unce sam money to fill its pockets…rahay namm allah ka!

:k: I couldn’t have said it better.
