Bombing them, maybe. PLus Clinton says they will also impose a blockade.

They will have to or it will be like the ‘ceasefire’ in Vietnam where though the north was “turned into rubble” to accept an agreement, but the forces weren’t disarmed, so in the end, we know what happened in 1975.
