I sometimes myself feel that when I reply in General or Life, there IS a shadow of cafe to my words. anyway I never care what ppl think of what I say so for me its not a problem. Ppl like it or they dont, I will say what I want to say, so for me it does not make difference.
BTW I hv other nicks too but I never used them for this purpose.

One thing is for sure - if you behave differently in each forum then the same nick won't work. You cannot be going crazy in cafe and then go to Pak affairs and post a thread of Israeli killng Palestinians. You won't be taken seriously so the key is to have somewhat of a consistent personality thru out all the forums. if you have a multi-faceted personality then you will need multiple nicks.
There are 2 ppl who successfully post in almost all forums w/ the same nick. I don't know if they have other nicks or not but Maddy and Lajjo stay pretty consistent in their thoughts/ideas/behavior in most forums.
