Two-toned lips

OK so this is a problem i think many desi people have.
My upper lip is darker than my lower lip which is pinker at the center but has slight pigmentation on the sides as well.
I NEVER find lipsticks that are pigmented enough to cover the pigmentation. I’ve tried priming my lips with foundation/concealer first but it makes my lips cakey and also the true colour of the lipstick never shows up.
Can anyone recommend lipstick brands that can help me with this? or any tips? Thanks.

apply balai(malai),beetroot juice or zafran on your lips.
