I don't agree with wearing quranic verses...it's kinda disrespectful.
Agree with you.
Re: Two things I wear with pride
LUC putar, pride is good, no problem. Pakistan is good too but I don't get the pendant part with zam zam... how is wearing zam zam beneficial to you? I thought only drinking zam zam is beneficial and not carrying it around as if it wards off evil spirits? Otherwise, people would be keeping it in their homes and not wasting the water by drinking it or using it to wash themsleves?
Re: Two things I wear with pride
well i liked the pendant too but like some of them have said already that its not respectable wearing such things especially when we go to washroom i used to wear ALLAH (pendant) and Ayatal Kursi in my neck but han few ppl told me its not right to do so i have removed it now and don't wear it anymore :) well again different ppl have different thoughts but it really is beautiful masha Allah..
and the chain is gold??
Silver.

What other people do with their zam zam is their business, having it and ayat ul kursi around my neck is a feeling I can't put into words.
I have a pendant just like that (without the ayat al kursi on it), its got a rice grain in it with my name written on it. Don't wear it tho (it was a gift).
LUC, not having a go but please think about this. I don't know if u wear this pendant 100% of the time, but assuming u do...
Would u take a printed out copy of ayat al kursi with u to the toilet? Its just something to think about.
I personally don't feel comfortable wearing anything with an Islamic inscription on it bcos I could be talking irreverently at any time and it wouldn't b respectful to the way we should treat Islamic inscriptions.
