awwww.... Congratulations, mashaAllah!! Yep, its going to be tough, but I bet you will love every minute of it.... babies are such a blessing. You will definitely need all the help you can get while they are babies.

congrats mA.. definitely get some extra help if you can. I remember something my mother mentioned regarding feeds. She used to alternatively breast-feed me and my twin bro, so if one gets breast fed other got bottle and for the next feed she'd switch the order. Also try to time their sleep pattern in a way that they match and you can have some time to yourself. what else..you'll need to be more careful in sickness times, if one gets sick most probably other will follow.. and yea give them both equal time/attention :D

I took ultrasound again, i am in week 20 alhamdolillah. And it is two identicall baby girls:) My pregnancy so far has not been that hard,alhamdolillah,accept for morning sickness. I hope it will continue that way,inshAllah.i feel there little kicks nw and then. I am really very blessed alhamdolillah.

congrats!!dear being an identical twin i will just say it is really great thing...but some times twins have to face psychological problems...me n my twin sis hv fallen a prey to such conditions since we took birth...always need to handle it carefully.....i dont know about other twins but me n my sis have to face complex situations..n i m sure it just need a little care while dealing with ur twin kids...God bless them!!!

Congratulations. So happy for you. I have twin daughters. They are almost 6 years old and are fraternal twins. For me it was hard as it was my second pregnancy and my son at that time was 3 years old. I didn't have any family help at that time so taking care of three kids at the same time was no fun at all. I followed few advices given by experts that made my life bit easier(in the long run). 1) Feeding both of them at the same time, 2)putting them to sleep at the same time and same for yourlsef. Sleep with them even you have tons of work left to do. First 10 months are the hardest. You will have no life...simple. After that every thing starts getting easier. It is your first pregnancy ...and you have all the help so I don't think it will be hard for you. You will have so much fun. Girls are by nature so easy to handle than boys. Enjoy this time and all the best.
