anyways Sajalina I'm really sorry i totally forgot about this thread.
Here's how you make them.
Chilkey, finely chopped of 1.5 kg tori
1 cup chana daal pre soaked
salt to taste
garam masala 1.5tsp
whole dried red chillies 7-8
ginger a piece
mix all these ingredients in a pan. add 3-4cups of water cook on a slow flame untill the water evaporates and the chilkey are totally soft. then grind them with the help of mortar and pestle. add chat masala keep them in fridge for like 30mins. then make kababs dip in egg and fry! do try it I'm sure you are gonna love it iA. My bro who is a total meat eater loved them and couldnt even guess they dont have any type of meat in it lol
