That's just very insulting to the wife - if the hubby says - his friends are making fun of her appearance... let alone the suggestion of a tummy tuck.
However, if the wife herself wants to see a change, she would actually be happy at her hubby's recommendations to help her change.
Cosmetic procedures are okay for enhancement, but the person "needing" it must be the one to decide she needs it - not friends of hubby.
