ok. Don't just call in sick tomorrow. Instead, pretend to be sick today. so when you call tomorrow, they'll believe in you.

or if you live close to your work place then you can show up early and make sure your boss will see you and then leave for the game.(make sure to send some kind of stupid email from home in which your boss was copied).......come back again at the end of innings and make sure he/she will see you again & then you can ask for half day off for the game :) hope it will work out for u:)

I am "getting carpet replaced" at my place tomorrow (well officially anyway). Just have to make sure it's all clean and shiny in case someone from office decides to visit
