Are they threatening Burma , or are they threatening Pakistan …?? ..most likely its Pakistan, since Burma is out of reach for them ., and killing Paksitanis is easy for them…

Thats what TTP do. In revenge for any muslims killed anywhere in the world they will kill Pakistanis.
