on second thoughts_is there a way of hiding them files__its just that my computer is messed up cuz i have been downloading songs from kazaa __but my uncle must not know about this_please help!

Yeah that can be done too. I assume you are using XP. (there are different ways to do this, easy way and hard way) hard way is the advanced way and involves installing extra software, easy way is what I will tell you and requires not installing anything extra.

Here goes:

First make the MP3 files you want to hide
so first select the MP3 files you want to hide.

That can be done by selecting the “properties” from the menu that pops up when you right click in “Windows Explorer”

Then tick the “read only” and “hidden” attributes. Which will make them hidden.

Then from the menu at the top choose: " hide system files:

like so:
