^I know a few girls who are really pretty but they don’t seem to know it. Then there are others who are so full of themselves, they literally compliment themselves one way or another in every conversation. 
There should be a balance in everything. People shouldn’t go around complaining about their looks nor should they go around complimenting themselves to anyone who will listen. After all, modesty is a virtue.

Sarah,, you have been had. Sounds like you and other bus riders were fooled by that Man. It is not rare for men to look pretty. I have heard that getting eyebrows waxed for men is in. My wife goes to this saloon where half the customers are non-females.
