( well - 13 storeys isnt EXACTLY an skyscraper )
i think it destroys the natural beauty of a place - and creats a sense of claustrophobia. You can never ever see a sunrise or a sunset …
but then again - insaan jitni taizee say abadi main izaafa kar raha hay 
I think going vertical is the best possible solution :o
