You have a wife?! She's fighting the real war against terror I tells yah.
Stu I think they sell these dinner napkins ready made and colour coordinated with your gingham table cloth. Bet all your neighbours in the trailer park have 'em, get some style my man.
uhoh, don't get me started on the wife thing! As soon as I start talking about color (not colour btw)- coordinated rugs you'll probly go whinin to the mods again...
Some m. fk.r from the Taliban or the previous regime went into this old lion’s cage to take a picture with him. Well the lion bit the dumb a..es arm off. His buddy then fired an RPG at this poor beast taking off a large chunk of his snout. This animal as well as others at the zoo were routinely abused with rocks and sticks by the Taliban. (I will find the link).
The point of my previous post was that dumbsihts come in all colors and creeds. Folks here at Gup like to spend so much time illuminating anecdotal evidence against the U.S.: its people, culture, military etc. In the instance of the Tiger, yes the dumbfks were American soldiers. You will hear very little defense or qualification of their behavior toward this innocent creature on behalf of a vast majority of Americans.
Now an Iraqi insurgent who intentionally kills Iraqis, the Palestinian who intentionally kills kids or the wealthy Saudi exile who kills thousands of innocent human beings will never receive the unqualified and unequivocal condemnation that they so richly deserve.
The wrath of the moderate majority here is considerable…
especially if a zoo animal is senselessly taken from us by…shudder…Americans.
No stu the world is black and white, but yours is pretty gray. You invest such time and effort in this place when you could be out lynching....sometimes man I just don't get you trailer folk.
Anyway back to the tiger, tell me stu did you shed a tear...I mean for real?
and as far as my reaction to this incident, you can read my earlier post as well as anyone else. Or does the polarized lens that is your life make that impossible?
As far as I can tell, you're the lowlife making jokes about rape and murder.
Stu was the tiger raped before it was murdered, really stu, tell me it's not true...you're just kidding now aren't you stu, tell me you're kidding....stu?
I don’t remember US people being criticised, well if you count Govt. and army then may be. I find many Americans nicer compared to Saudis.
If you haven’t heard or read condemnation of suicide bombing killing innocent kids and women then you haven’t visited many threads yet… do some reading plz.
I’ve read lots of threads, me boy and have yet to find what feels like an unequivocal condemnation for any crime if the perp happens to be a Muslim. See, y’all Muslims got these here “root causes” and whatnot. You don’t seem to extend that courtesy to Americuns. I.e. the “root cause” for the Afghanistan conflict would be say WTC slaughter and the aiding of al Quaeda. Know whut I mean, Maynard?
okay, you found the article now I do remember that guy jumping in lion’s cage. but can’t find that news discussion on WA. if you find that link then do share that too.
Years of disregarding international community, threatening of neighbors, plotting assasination of Bush the elder, senseless murder of Iraqi civilians, U.N. threat of “serious consequences” on 1441 to name a few. So it didn’t really form out of thin air now did it? You may not agree with the decision to invade, but the foundation and “root causes” for conflict in that country have been there for some time and were not solely dependent upon the whim on the U.S. The Iraqi regime had plenty to do with creating this potential for conflict. So are those “root causey” enough for you?
I think they stand up to any “root cause” you enjoy applying toward the justification of WTC, etc.
For AK:
If destruction of the greedy was such a motivator for the nobly destitute OBL, why didn’t he start with his own family and country? He’s not playing Robin Hood by killing thousands of innocents. Wealth has not been redistibuted to any Muslims in need. He’s a Mujahid, right? He’s compelled to kill infidels. It’s the fundamentalism, silly. He and the other fundos don’t like U.S. assistance to Israel-plain and simple. The “root cause” of terrorism against the U.S. is not 'cause U.S. nuked Hiroshima, or that Africa suffers from endemic famine and disease, or the great disparity of wealth in the world.
He and the vast majority of fundo Islam has made its mind up about the U.S. The propaganda in that region of the world has perpetuated this hatred. And this monolithic hatred is ultimately the “root cause” of terrorism against the U.S.
It is in fact far more whimsical and groundless in nature than the reasons the U.S. went to Iraq and Afghanistan.

I found this as strongest reason for younger GB to go for Iraq as this is how far he can go to think on his own the rest of the causes were provided by CIA/FBI and other agencies funded or helped by Israel. BTW, 1441 was proposed by?
So basically you are saying that GB (before Iraq war) was lying when claimed that there were ties b/w Iraq and Al-Qaeda? and TB was lying when he said that Saddam needs only 45 minutes to launch a nuke/wmd?
Anyway, I don't think you'll change your stance on GB and attack on Iraq, and I'm convinced the way I am for the reasons I have so none of us is going to change.

you are very inaccurate in that statement. I would know as I have "unequivocally" condemned many crimes where the perp is a muslim, and have seen others do the same.
