And i think it is not good to fast on Ashura coz i heard that a woman (I don't remember who exactly, was it the mother of muawiyya or something) ate the liver or something of Harzat Hamza after he was killed in the battlefield on the same day as Ashura and after eating the human meat she then kept a fast.

Yes, But I didn't this year. I live in Rockland, NY and don't know any Shi'ite ppls and places here. But I participated every year when I was in Pakistan.
And fasting on the 10th of Muharram is not allowed, but we do hold a "faqah" till I think Namaaz-e-Asr.
You can only paint with the colors you're given...
