I am certain that I am misunderstanding you due to cultural and language barriers but your response sounds a bit harsh. We don’t need to know who she works for and what her job is and which field to be helpful and supportive. And we need to give her the benefit of the doubt and not be so harsh by saying that the problem may be her personality or work quality. She just started working, maybe a mentor who is a year or two ahead of her within the same company may be helpful in maneuvering in that company’s culture.

i am not harsh ......... i am trying to be realistic.
i have mentored a lot of trainees who worked under me . most of them have issues of this nature ................ mere consoling does not help them to improve.
