1. Discuss this one more time with management for my peace of mind and see what happens while looking for jobs on the side and if there is a better job out there leave this company and take that job no matter how much I love this company but not the department.

^ This would be my recommendation. If 3 previous conversations before didn’t make a difference, I have no idea why you think a 4th one would. But if you want to do it for your piece of mind, go ahead. I’m also not sure why you think you’d get treated any better at another department in the same company.

P.S. When it comes to your job/career, it will benefit you in the long run to make decisions using your brain and not your heart. It’s great that you love this company so much but it doesn’t make sense to waste your time/energy at a job where you’re not being appreciated just b/c of that “love”.
