My mother was over 8 months pregnant when we moved from the US to Saudi. My brother was born two weeks later. All was well, but we were moving to live there, so though the move was overwhelming for my parents (I was only a year old), they also had a new home there. It really depends on what kind of resources you would have available in Pak.
