o yara ji!! the problem with other governments and with PPP govt. especially is that they are either (a)Corrupt or (b)Just so incompetent..
So If they are corrupt they can be punished..but If they are Incompetent the ppl under them(bureaucracy, govt machinery) all make hay coz they know the person incharge doesn’t have a clue wats going on under him.
but either way…
