I took a 15 mile trip today to take care of some chores. I had the same level of epihany about traffic incidents that Darwin had abt origins of life when he went to the gargoapolos (sp?) islands.
In my humble opinion, traffic accidents can be cut down by 90% if the following bans from diving are enforced:
