Hi

Can someone please help me otherwise I think I'm close to having a panic attack!

Basically my husband is a Pakistani national and were both in Pakistan at the moment

He goes every year to uk on a tier 5 sports and creative temporary visa valid for roughly 7monnths

He is gona apply on 15th feb for his uk visa and will get it back in a week.

Now here's where it gets confusing :

We've booked a holiday to sharm el sheikh, egypt for 8nights on the 24th march leaving from London.

And now I've been told by the consulate that it takes between 2-6weeks.

My question is should he apply from. Pakistan right now without a valid uk visa yet ( our flights are from uk ) ?

Is their anyway to fast track the application so it doesn't take 6 weeks? I'm stressed out about this a lot!

Please advise me the best thing to do.

It would be ideal if I could apply right now for egypt as that is time taking and the uk visa he pays fastback service and gets it in a week.

^ Your husband should apply as soon as possible. I got my 5 years multiple UK visa in 15 days.

He's waiting for his sponsor letter from ECB, as soon as he gets that approx in a week or 2 he will apply the fasttrack service in one week visa.

That's the problem. If he could apply for uk visa right now that would have been ideal and left us enough time for the Egypt visa.

Tourist Visa

are you british do you require a visa to travel? If no then you should be fine as sharm airport will give u a free 2 weeks visa.

Hubby wise if he needs visa to travel as your flights are from london make sure your uk visa is in place before travelling to sharm. You would need to apply for egypt visa soonish aswell, so might be wise to fast track the uk visa!
