You are rambling. Yes voter know whom they are voting, voter need NOT to agree with you. State is separate from Govt and thats why they cant circumvent the law like done by 5 judges or Parliament needs to step like they will. Every one must follow law whether govt or state, A SC judge calling a plaintiff to put in claim is not accepted any where.

People Chose Politicians who make Policies that are implemented by State. Judges CAN NOT make policies, Army can NOT make policies.
