Re: 21

That's how it works all over the world, you start uni at 18. I graduated from uni at 21.

Re: 21

Re: 21

21 wasn’t that big for me… i remember 20 though… sad sad birthday… i even composed this cheesy poem called ‘goodbye teenage’ just to contain that moment… :teary1:… good times
Oh n i did my A-levels at 19… i think thts becz my o-level was 3 years dunno why… and now i’v recently graduated and will turn 23 next month… 23 seems… older :hinna:

Re: 21

I had a 4 years bachelors program.

Re: 21

in the Uk, a normal BA/BSc is 3 years

Re: 21

Awww, that is sweet! Congratulations on your graduation. Gosh, 23 sounds much older, inshallah I will graduate after turning 23 so have that to look forward to!

Re: 21

^ thnx :)

Re: 21

UK degrees are 3 years since A-level (our equivalent of high school) makes up for 13 years of schooling as opposed to 12 years for high school.

oh ok...now, that makes sense. ours was 13 years in Ontario up until 2000 and then they changed it to 12 years. my neice was the last one to have grade 13.

It was a different system in my university in India. i started university at age 15 right after my High Schoo [grade 12] then we had to do 1 year of Pre University and then 4 years of undergrad [Honnours] degree.**
