1) Guys should GAIN some maturity first
2) Learn islamic rulings on marriage, and how husband wife should treat each other/each other's families. His and her duties to each other, so as to clear the desi/cultural confusions/expectations.
3) Realize it is his Fard to provide for his wife, he's not doing her a favor.
4) Learn to do some chores, household duties. After all your marrying a wife, not a maid/slave, you should be able to help her with household duties...especially if she is working as well
5) Understand that SHE TOO is giving up a lot of her being single freedoms, she wasn't without a life before u came along. Im sure she's giving up friends/interests/hobbies & activities with friends as well.

Buy all your expensive 'toys' ahead of time.. do it on credit even.. just cram your place with anything and everything you'd ever imagine yourself wanting over the next 10 years.. cuz I've seen girls were surprisingly quite accepting of whatever trash my friends already had but will put up a fight against all new purchases for them.

5 things a girl should know..
-that this is the guy they wanna marry
-they’re not marrying just to gain “freedom” frm their parents..
-that a nice wedding is nice, but it is only the function and a nice/simple/fancy wedding has nothing to do with how the relationship./marriage will go out.
-dont let scary in-laws/marriage stories scare you !!

1) To break up with his mistress/gf/old sin.
2) To check his own feelings, willing to commit.
3) To have a bit of savings and not whine after marriage, circumstances
being too hard on him.
4) To tell his fiancee about blunders, he has made recently and any regrets.
5) To move away from neighbourhood, his exs or gf are living so ugly dramas
can be avoided. Stop dating his old flames AFTER marriage.
A lady needs to do:
1) To marry in same country, she lives in. (spared of nasty surprices)
2) To dump any idea of marrying of own choice. Desi guys are quicker to end
love marriages than arranged.
3) To hide her savings and never mention it. (rainy days do come)
4) To mention her expectations and choices.
5) To have a nice commuication with in-laws.

1: Erase all your female numbers from your cell/blackberry/or what so ever.
2: Delete all emails/ ecards.
3: Call all your female friends one last time if they are still single
4: Buy something for your self a very last time with your own choice.
5: If you can attend any party and have fun
